SPRAXXX verifies identity, not intimacy. We protect signal, not secrets. Every verified alias is yours alone. No resale. No surveillance. No hidden analytics.
Information We Collect
- Verification Data (via Stripe Identity)
- Alias & Contact information
- Payment Records (processed securely by Stripe)
- Minimal Technical Logs for abuse prevention
- Communications you choose to send us
We do not sell, trade, rent, or license data. No ads, cookies, or trackers.
How We Use Data
- Verify and issue your SPRAXXX Key / alias
- Provide Mail-Safe™, VPN, receipts, and support
- Detect misuse or fraud
Security
All systems use TLS 1.3+, isolated servers (“Sad-Black”), and cryptographic verification (BLAKE3 / Ed25519). Sensitive data is encrypted and audited.
Human Override
If a key or alias is compromised, SPRAXXX may revoke or restore access after verified review by a human operator.
Your Rights
- Access or delete stored data
- Revoke consent or end your alias
- Request human review of automated decisions
Retention & Jurisdiction
Records are kept per Canadian law (≈6 years). Operations follow Ontario and GDPR-aligned standards.

Any change will be timestamped here. Continued use means acceptance.
User Agreement (Terms of Use)
1. Acceptance
Using a SPRAXXX account means you agree to these terms. If not, discontinue immediately.
2. Verified Accounts
Each alias = one verified human. Impersonation or duplication may result in suspension.
3. Services & Payments
- Verification Fee: $50 one-time per verified email
- Optional subscriptions (Citizen, Creator, Org)
- Payments handled by Stripe; no card data stored
- Refunds possible within 30 days if service unused
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harassing, or deceptive acts
- No network exploitation or spam
- Respect others’ intellectual property
5. Termination & Revocation
SPRAXXX may suspend or revoke for violations or identity disputes. Users can terminate anytime via support@spraxxx.com.
6. Liability Limit
Services are provided “as-is.” Liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
7. Disputes & Human Review
Disputes first go through Human Override mediation; unresolved cases fall under Ontario law.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding and code belong to Maple / SPRAXXX Network. Reuse only with written permission.
9. AI Disclosure
SPRAXXX uses limited AI to assist with moderation and routing. No personal data is sold or used for external model training. All AI actions are logged and reviewable.
10. Changes
Terms may update periodically; continuing use implies consent to new versions.
