Information We Collect

• Verification Data: government ID images/documents (via Stripe Identity or equivalent).
• Alias & Contact: your chosen SPRAXXX alias and contact email.
• Payment Records: processed by Stripe; we never see full card data.
• Technical Logs: minimal connection metadata for security/abuse prevention.
• Communications: messages you send us, and optional content you publish.

We do not sell, trade, rent, or license user data. We do not run advertising trackers or pixel beacons.

How We Use Your Data

• Verify identity and issue your SPRAXXX Key / alias.
• Provide services (Mail-Safe™, VPN, email, receipts, chat) and support.
• Detect and prevent misuse, fraud, and abuse.
• Operate optional features with explicit consent.

Data Security

We use encrypted transport (TLS 1.3+), isolated servers (“Sad-Black”), and cryptographic verification (e.g., BLAKE3 / Ed25519). Sensitive data is encrypted and access-controlled. Operational access is audited.

Human Override

If a key, alias, or verification is compromised or misused, SPRAXXX may revoke, suspend, or restore credentials after a verified claim via our Human Override process.

Your Rights

• Access, correction, and deletion of stored data.
• Revoke consent or terminate your alias.
• Challenge automated decisions with human review.
• Request alias transfer to another verified account (where applicable).

Retention

Verification and transaction records are retained as required by financial/legal regulations (typically 6 years in Canada). Other data may be anonymized or erased on request.

International Operations

We operate under Canadian law and align with GDPR principles. Cross-border transfers use encrypted channels and verified vendors only.

Material changes will be posted and timestamped here. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
