User Agreement (Terms of Use)
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating or using a SPRAXXX account, alias, or verified credential, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.
2. Verified Accounts
Each SPRAXXX alias represents one verified human identity. You agree to provide accurate verification and not to impersonate or duplicate identities. SPRAXXX may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or identity conflicts.
3. Services & Payments
- Verification Fee: $50 one-time for Verified Email & SPRAXXX Key.
- Subscriptions: optional recurring plans (Citizen, Creator, Org).
- All payments are securely handled via Stripe. We don’t store full card data.
- Refunds considered within 30 days if services were not provisioned.
We may modify pricing with reasonable public notice.
4. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- No reverse engineering or network exploitation.
- No spam, phishing, or unverified mail through Mail-Safe™ systems.
- Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
Community guidelines emphasize truth, dignity, and verified brotherhood.
5. Termination & Revocation
SPRAXXX may suspend or revoke access if you breach these terms or identity disputes arise. You may terminate your account anytime via support@spraxxx.com. Revoked aliases remain cryptographically archived for legal integrity but are no longer active or visible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as-is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, SPRAXXX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages and caps direct damages at amounts you paid in the prior 12 months.
7. Disputes & Human Review
Disputes first attempt human mediation via the SPRAXXX Human Override process. If unresolved, matters fall under the courts of Ontario, Canada.
8. Intellectual Property
All SPRAXXX branding, marks, systems, and documents are owned by Maple / SPRAXXX Network. You may not use or reproduce them without permission.
9. AI & Automation Disclosure
SPRAXXX may use limited AI tools for moderation/routing. No personal data is sold or used to train external models. All AI-assisted actions are logged and subject to human override.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted and timestamped here.
